Author Bill Noel returns with two new books

Bill Noel, award-winning author of the best-selling Folly Beach Mystery series, will be returning to Folly Beach for book signings this month. This will be Noel’s first trip to Folly since the latest two books in the series were released: Crossfire and Bowen Island.
“The people of Folly have been extraordinarily supportive of the series, and I’m honored to have been invited to hold numerous signings on the island,” said Noel, who will be doing four signings at the Lost Dog Café, a restaurant prominently featured in each of the 28 Folly Beach mystery novels.
The signings on October 5, 9, 11, and 12 will run from 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. He will also be holding a signing on Wednesday, Oct. 8, from 5-8 p.m., at Bowens Island Restaurant, a venue that is the title of his latest novel, Bowen Island.
While not a book signing, Noel will hold an informal meet-and-greet for fans of the series at Loggerhead’s Restaurant on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 4-6 p.m. His daughter, Angelica Cruz, who is also a coauthor of four books in the series, is expected to attend these events with Noel.
