DESCRIPTION:The annual Sea & Sand Festival\, Folly’s longest-running fest
 ival brought to you by the Folly Association of Business\, returns to Foll
 y Beach with a weekend full of family-friendly events. The Sea & Sand week
 end will return for its 33rd year on February 22nd and 23rd! It will inclu
 de an artisan street closure event and some healthy competition in the san
 d on Sunday.\n\nCenter Street will be closed on “Salty Saturday” and t
 aken over by Folly vendors\, restaurants\, and bars. The street closure ev
 ent will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.\, featuring local bands\, 80+ F
 olly art\, craft\, and fashion vendors\, and a robust kid area. Then\, on 
 Sunday\, don’t miss our FREE Sand Sculpture Competition behind the Tides
  Hotel starting at 9 am.\n\nThe streets will close at 7 am\, and reopen at
  5:30pm\, but they are open to the public between 10am and 4pm. Admission 
 is $10 in advance [and $15 at the door]\, but it is free for Folly residen
 ts (must show a valid driver’s license)\, and kids 12 and under are free
