His song “For Old Times Sake” he wrote went to #75 on Billboard’s top 100. He played in Wimbledon England for CEO London Bridges Holding Co. 25th wedding anniversary. He has spent the past 6 years playing in Key west about 12 weeks a year.

Playing in venues throughout New York\, Nebraska\, Georgia\, and South Carolina\, covering North\, Midwest\, and Southern regions has helped to create the versatility in his music selection. \nDj Edē is known for providing high energy genre-blending sets\, with the goal to take audiences through several voyages throughout the party by executing many areas of creativity in his sets. It is the creativity and the execution of creativity that builds and sparks the personal energy and flow for Dj Edē\, which then becomes contagious to the crowd. DESCRIPTION:Brandon Lamar Simmons\, born and raised in Charleston South Carolina\, is a sing/songwriter\, producer\, and multi instrumentalist. He’s played in multiple jazz bands as a trumpet player in his early years\, and has played drums in various bands as well. At age 18 he decided to pick up a guitar\, take on the microphone and perform as a singer/songwriter. He went on to Atlanta Georgia to study recording engineering and music production and graduate at the Atlanta Institute of Music. Now\, he’s back in Charleston\, gigging around in various projects. The drummer for a local band by the name of “Token Mary”\, the lead singer for a duo band called “Brandon and the Archer” and also continues to work on his solo music and any other musical opportunities he can get his hands on.
